Summer House Renovation Project:
Starting Sept 11, 2023 the Summer House Homeowners Association will begin a building remodel project. The southwest side (stacks 1-6) of the building will be closed starting Sept 11, 2023 through April 30, 2024. Please note, during this period, rental prices have been substantially reduced on the northeast side (stacks 7-11) of Summer House because of the renovation project.
