“Beach Happy” at 43 Fairway Dunes on the Isle of Palms is ideal for getting away from it all with family and friends in search of a vacation that will make everybody happy. Located only two blocks from the beach, the freshly remodeled “Beach Happy” features three bedrooms and three full baths with both golf and pool vistas. The enormous back deck provides the ideal place to spend the late afternoon, watching golfers on the famed Links Golf Course do their best to score a birdie. Outdoor living can also be found on two elevated decks each furnished with comfortable seating. Sunrise to sunset, the outdoor areas at “Beach Happy” at 43 Fairway Dunes are fantastic!

The kitchen and each bathroom at “Beach Happy” have been refreshed. The well-equipped kitchen features many recent upgrades such as the appliances and countertops. The living room is cavernous with comfortable furnishings. From reliving your ideal beach day to watching the game on the huge screen TV, the living room at “Beach Happy” is a happy place to be. The dining room is between the kitchen and living area and has seating for six.

Three bedrooms are featured at “Beach Happy” at 43 Fairway Dunes. The first bedroom is located on a mid-floor. It has a queen bed, a sizable deck that looks out to the community swimming pool and direct access to a bathroom. The upper level has both the master bedroom and guest bedroom with two twin beds. Each has a private bath.

“Beach Happy” at 43 Fairway Dunes is only 2 short blocks from the Beach. The Sand and Sea Spa, Hudson's Market, Harbor Golf Course, Links Golf Course, shopping, playground and four eateries all are an simple walk or short bicycle ride away.

In Mount Pleasant (5.1 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the eateries lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (14.2 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States, and offers some of the world's finest eateries, galleries, historic homes and gardens.

Located in Isle of Palms, this condo is next to a golf course and near the beach. Fort Sumter and Fort Moultrie National Historical Park and Charleston Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Isle of Palms Beach and Dewees Island Beach.
