Wonderful Family Beach Home! This beach home is located on a very peaceful street, just a short one block to the beach, and has a fantastic, upsized pool! Pool size is 18x36 - it is the ideal pool for kids to play all their favorite pool games! Please note that the pool does not have a heater. This home is also located just a few blocks from some magnificent local eateries, ice cream shop, beach stores, etc. but far enough away not to be bothered by any traffic. This is really a great family beach home that is a handsome place to make some cherished family memories at the beach! Bed Sizes are 3 Kings, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins. Additional amenities include: gas grille, every bedroom has a TV, Sizable Master bedroom has a private balcony, wireless internet, washer & dryer, and a entirely equipped kitchen. We have also supplied additional seating & a gas firepit on the upper balcony with ocean vistas - the ideal spot to appreciate a casual evening & ocean breezes!

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental, located near year round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, or other types of bigger gatherings.

This home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also supplied is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.

  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
