Incredible 5 Bedroom, 4.5 bath home with new elevated Salt Water Pool, fresh furnishings and coastal décor. Executive Kitchen with Sub Zero, Wolf and Bosch appliances completely equipped for the cooks on vacation. The dining Room seats 8 with room for 2 additional seats at the adjacent bar. Warm wood floors flow throughout the home.

Panoramic view of the 5th fairway of the acclaimed Wild Dunes Links Course. Appreciate the view on the screened in porch or pool deck. This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood of the Wild Dunes resort creating even an even more private feel. The beach access is about a 10-15 min. walk. A Golf Cart is also available for an additional fee of $350 per week, please contact us for more information.

The first floor features a enormous master suite with a king size bed and two other bedrooms. All with en suite bathrooms. The second floor features a bedroom with two twin beds and a queen room with an en suite bathroom. Each bathroom has been modernized with bespoke tile.

Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures. NO Smoking. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near the beach. When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To get the most suitable vacation home within budget, we suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Charleston area area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • Go through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
