This gorgeous five bedroom, three bath, pet friendly home is located three blocks from the beach on Isle of Palms. Professionally designed with a fresh coastal vibe, this home is the ideal spot to relax and relax. Living Areas: The great room has a fireplace and shares the open floor plan with the dining area and the kitchen. The front sitting room is a comfortable and peaceful get away and the sizable sunroom has a sectional and a dining table that seats six. The main dining table seats seven to eight guests and the sunroom dining table seats six. Kitchen: The completely equipped modern kitchen is open to the great room and has four bar stools for socializing with the chef. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1) has a king bed and is on the first floor with direct access to the hall bath. The full bath has a shower and access from the hall. Bedroom 2) is the primary and has a king bed, a intelligent TV and is on the second floor. The ensuite includes a shower and a separate soaking tub. Bedroom 3) has a queen bed and is located on the second floor. This bedroom, along with bedroom 4 and 5, share a hall bath. Bedrooms 4 & 5) both have two twin beds and are located on the second floor. They share the hall bath with bedroom 3. Bathrooms: First floor bath has a shower.
