This striking, oceanfront 5 bedroom home in the Grandiose Pavillion community at Wild Dunes Resort is just what you've been searching for! Recently completely refreshed, you'll find new appliances, updated floor, and brand new furnishings throughout! But surely your attention will be on the expansive beach vistas from every level!

Consisting of three floors, you'll first arrive to the covered carport. Unload your bags effortlessly with help from the elevator that is accessible from the ground level! When you arrive to the first floor, you'll find an open & bright living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is entirely equipped to prepare a meal with your family after a long day at the beach! There is also a half bath and laundry area for convenience. Savor the pretty oceanfront screened patio - it even has an outdoor dining table! Ideal for morning coffee with an ocean breeze.

Take a flight of stairs (or a short elevator ride) to the second floor. Four of the five bedrooms will be found here: a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twins, a queen master, and a king master! There is another magnificent oceanfront patio as well - so no one in the group will miss out on the impressive vistas! All bathrooms are freshly updated and bedrooms have brand new furnishings!

Lastly, you'll find yourself on the third level where the King Master Suite resides; an broad and gorgeous room with a private oceanfront balcony. It also features a handsome, updated master bathroom, sitting area, and wet bar for convenience! Truly fit for a King (and Queen!).

This home has something for everybody. A marvelous floor plan, a plethora of outdoor seating, the convenience of being oceanfront, and the luxury of being completely modernized! Not to mention that this is the ideal location within the resort! You can comfortably walk over to the Grand Pavilion pools, Boardwalk Hotel, and Village. Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is in the city center and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Front Beach and Waterfront Park, while Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are popular area attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
