Downstairs, you'll find the first guest room with a queen-sized bed, Intelligent TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a blush pink double vanity and walk-in shower. There's also an ADA compliant bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the first floor. The second downstairs bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed, Intelligent TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and sizable walk-in tiled shower with copper fixtures.

Upstairs, appreciate a cushioned reading nook in a wallpapered alcove. The third bedroom offers two twin-sized beds, a Intelligent TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combination. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, Intelligent TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a huge single vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
