The Space:
The space is made up of two stand alone homes. One with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and the second with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths!

- Both homes are freshly redone and completely refurnished by a local Charleston designer.
- The first home is inspired with a bohemian feel and the second home embodies a casual chic style!
- Both homes have beautiful exposed high beam ceilings and washers and dryers within units!
- The kitchens are outfitted with all necessary items and appliances.

PLEASE NOTE: There is currently construction close by that may add to the average street noise during working hours.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to both properties and the driveway!

The Neighborhood:
The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, comfortable eateries, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic appeal. This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The home is only a short walk from the very fashionable King Street where you will find a multitude of great stores – including antique stores, book stores and fashion stores – as well as countless buzzing eateries and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk nearly everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bicycle Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in the Charleston area area. To find the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
