This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 3rd-floor unit is part of a striking 3-story home that hosts six private condos. Thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, this unit offers a welcoming home base for calming between Charleston adventures.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



This unit is entirely licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06547 and business license BL034118.



Guest Access:

????Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



???? Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient bags storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your suitcases before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.

Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Charleston City Market and Charleston Tanger Outlets.
