AC & Heat supplied by a spilt unit. Overhead Fan & Air Circulation Tower also supplied for additional comfort. Guests are generally self-sufficient although help is available via text if needed.

(For additional context): The convection oven is twice as sizable as the microwave oven that is pictured in the listing description and much bigger than the standard-sized toaster oven included.
BATH:
Features a granite sink basin and vanity mirror with plenty of room for storing toiletries. The entire apt. has been refreshed but the shower has not. It does however, work extremely well despite the lack of luster! Natural soaps & toiletries included.

A thorough logbook is supplied, packed with eating, educational & entertainment ideas! Locally focussed books & magazines are included as well, to keep you in-the-know of all the local happenings!
