Upon ascending a modest set of stairs to the right side of the home, you'll be greeted by the entrance door adorned with a distinguished Carolopolis Award plaque, a testament to the preservation efforts that make Charleston's historic structures really exceptional.

Stepping inside, a private stairwell leads you to the second-floor unit, where a welcoming living area awaits bathed in natural light. The living space seamlessly extends to a balcony, complete with a Intelligent TV tuned into Peacock Premium TV, providing access to your favorite shows, movies, live news, and sports. A dining table for four adds functionality to the area.

Adjacent to the living space, concealed behind an accent wall adorned with chic blue palm wallpaper, you'll discover the first of two bedrooms. From the map supplied, you can see we are close to the Septima P. Clark Parkway so guest may experience some traffic noise. For those that are sensitive to noise, we have included modest "white noise" machines to assist with a relaxing nights sleep.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
