About this Property

This brilliant 4 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom home is just a three block walk to Upper King Street and within walking distance to all the city's best eateries and bars. No attention to detail spared, this home has wood floors, pretty molding and a completely supplied kitchen. The roomy living room has a generous flat screen TV. The bedrooms (3 king, 1 Queen beds) have flat screen TVs. The 4 full bathrooms include stall showers, rain shower head, stone counter top vanity, tile, lush towels and hotel toiletries. There is also a washer & dryer for guest use. There is one, off-street parking spaces. We give additional linens and complimentary Cable & WIFI.

Valid picture ID mandatory with reservation. 60 Day Cancellation Policy. No refunds within 60 days of check in date. No smoking. Two nighttime minimum. Friday & Saturday nighttime stay mandatory when weekends are involved. Check In is at 3:00pm {or later}, Check Out is at 11:00am. Owner / Unit Manager is not responsible for parking tickets. All deposits, payments and / or monies paid are non-returnable within 60 days of your arrival date. Please be advised that we are a non-smoking unit and any visitors in violation of this under the Terms of our Listing and / or Brief Term Rental Agreement, will void their CSA insurance policy and therefore be personally responsible for any damages.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, Charleston Concierge & Extravagance Unit Management, LLC shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner or Unit Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or visitors in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner or Unit Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
