Comfort for all with 2 primary, oceanfront bedroom suites, and all 4 bedrooms have private access to their own bathroom. Primary bedroom suite 1 offers expansive ocean vistas, a King bed, and enormous en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. Primary bedroom suite 2, also enjoys oceanfront vistas, has a King Bed and ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom 4 sleeps 4 guests in 2 full beds with access to a private bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking passes supplied for 2 cars only. Washer and Dryer available in unit. Linens and towels included per occupancy. Pool open for swimming April - September. Summerhouse building does have an Elevator. Security camera present over the front exterior door. Non-Smoking. NO family pets are allowed. MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent NO exceptions.
