Bedroom 4 sleeps 4 guests in 2 full beds with access to a private bathroom.

Summerhouse building does have an Elevator. Security camera present over the front exterior door. Non-Smoking. NO family pets are allowed. MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent NO exceptions.
