With plenty of coastal appeal and multiple decks for appreciating the ocean breeze, you’re sure to relax and relax upon arrival. The Grand is the ideal beach hideaway for family and friends.

Living Area:
The living room’s coastal decor provides a comfortable spot to gather and relax. There’s a huge screen TV and fireplace, in addition to access to the screened in porch and open-air porch.
Kitchen:
Totally equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It’s time to prepare your signature dish and create fun memories while surrounded by adored ones. The breakfast bar seats 4 so you can socialize with the chef.

First Floor
1) Queen bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor
2) King Primary with ensuite including double vanity, Soaking tub and shower. The private deck is a gorgeous spot to savor your morning coffee.

4) Full with Trundle bedroom with ensuite including a tub/shower combination.

Modern tiled bathrooms that include towels and toiletries. The first floor bathroom has access from the hall and the bedroom.

The Grand Pavilion community has 2 pools and a boardwalk just steps from home.
