The Space:
We meticulously restored this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home to its original beauty while giving it all the luxury and modern amenities of today. It is centrally located downtown within walking distance to Upper King Street and countless other local hotspots. Guests can savor plenty of space while maintaining the ideal amount of privacy. Throughout the unit you will find wood floors, original-exposed brick fireplaces, exposed beam ceilings, handsome chandeliers, new appliances, fresh furnishings and original artwork. The eight fireplaces are original to this 1880s home and were handsomely restored by hand. These (nonworking) fireplaces are showcased throughout the home and radiate the appeal of historic Charleston.

*Two Giant Porches with Outdoor Seating. Appreciate the elegant Charleston weather while calming outside on one of the two 65 foot porches.

The completely-equipped kitchen, located on the first floor, features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, French door refrigerator, ice maker, glass top range, full oven, dishwasher and service for 12. The designer dining room has an oyster shell chandelier and exposed corner fireplace with seating for eight.

*Four Bedrooms and Four Bathrooms. On each level, there is a bedroom with 1 bedroom with a king sized bed and one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Each bedroom features a plush bed with a tuft headboard, a bedside table and lamps, ceiling fan, a sizable closet,, and an ensuite bathroom. The king bedrooms also feature a club chair as well as a constructed-in vanity with seating. The 4 ensuite bathrooms feature brand new tile, fixtures, stone sink countertops, and a glass standup shower.

*A Roomy Living Room. The roomy, 15 x 35 foot, upstairs den with exposed beam ceilings opens directly onto the second floor balcony. The living room area features a huge, blue sectional, two matching club chairs, side table with a lamp, coffee table, and a corner bar with two stools- making it the ultimate space to relax after a long day of traveling or exploring the city. The home has high speed WiFi and two enormous HDTVs equipped with Apple TV and Roku.

This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Tippling House Wine Bar,The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Barsa, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, Chasing Sage, Elliotborough Minibar and the Warehouse for drinks. If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours.
