**Please note that every reservation will be required to sign our vacation rental agreement. We are a family-owned, local property management company located on the island.
As with many beach homes in this area, the main level is on the second floor, while the ground floor offers up outdoor amenities. This property has ample driveway space for those traveling with multiple cars, and when you walk up to the home, you'll find that the property offers up a very sizable front & back yard and comfortable outdoor seating on the front & back decks, along with a gas grille. Spend afternoons whipping up lunch on the grille between playing out on the beach. This beach home also has a convenient outdoor shower - accepting you to rinse off after being out on the sand all day long.
Journey into the home and you'll be greeted by a light & airy living & dining room, which leads into the kitchen area. The kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking essentials needed to prepare meals. In the living area, you'll find plenty of comfortable furnishings, including a sitting area, along with an additional den area, which is ideal to give younger ones a separate space or provide space if you're on a "working vacay." We offer high-speed wireless internet! The den area features a huge flat-screen intelligent TV where you can log into all of your favorite streaming apps. But mostly we recommend taking advantage of and appreciating the ocean-facing deck - it's the ideal area to relax either nighttime or day to savor the ocean breezes, listen to the ocean waves, or soak in some sun!
The master bedroom offers up its own personal TV and a beautiful, freshly-remodeled private bathroom. The other bedrooms feature 2 queen beds in each, and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a single bed up top and a double bed on the bottom. The bunk room is enormous and is a great space for kids to play.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 4 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given.
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), & BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

About the Area
Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is near the beach. USS Yorktown and Patriots Point are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Charleston City Market and Fort Sumter. Check out an event or a game at Credit One Stadium, and consider making time for South Carolina Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and cycling nearby.
