This brand new Isle of Palms vacation home sits just behind the Wild Dunes gate and is a stone's throw from the beach. A striking two-story home, The Olivia House has room for the whole family and features its very own private, heated pool and hot tub. You will find 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in this classic lowcountry style home, and with bright, open interiors and all new furnishings, this home will really be a place you will want to return to year after year.

The floor plan features a huge open concept with living, dining and kitchen area with ample seating. The designer kitchen is a prepare's delight with all the amenities needed to create and serve your family and/or guests. Off the broad living area you can open the French doors to appreciate the screened porch and deck areas.

The first floor primary bedroom features a KING bed and en suite with a huge walk-in shower. A powder room, laundry room and sizable entryway complete this space.

Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms. The second floor primary suite, offers a KING bed, enormous walk in closet, double vanities and sizable walk in shower. Upstairs you will also find 3 bedrooms, one with a KING bed and its own private bath; another with a KING bed that shares a Jack and Jill bath with an upsized guest bedroom consisting of 1 QUEEN bed and 2 additional-long TWIN beds. Ideal for your large family or group.

The ground level has a garage and private pool with hot tub, which completes this impressive new home and offers its guests everything imaginable for your next vacation or hideaway.

Isle of Palms features some of the most trendy eateries and cafes east of the Cooper River, and the island offers a wide variety of delicious seafood and other local specialties, including Coda del Pesce, Coconut Joes Beach Grille, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and the locally appreciated Sea Biscuit Cafe, that serves up only breakfast, but is well worth the wait. You'll find modren dining options dotted throughout the island, including Long Island Cafe which is located right beside Harris Teeter, The Boathouse, located on the water overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Islander 71. Located on the point where Morgan Creek meets the Intracoastal Waterway, Islander 71 overlooks the water and has spectacular vistas. When the sun sets and the nighttime is heating up, head to the ever fashionable The Windjammer beachfront bar.

Every property in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the City of Isle of Palms. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or events will result in immediate loss of use. The Olivia House does not allow family pets. No exceptions. The Olivia House is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.

Access
Your Concierge will meet you at the home upon your arrival to check you in. Should our schedules not line up, your Concierge will walk you through how to get into the property. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. The villa is located inside Wild Dunes. Gate passes are required for every car to access Wild Dunes. This property accepts guests up to five (5) gate passes per reservation. Only five cars can be at the home at any given time. Make sure to provide your Concierge with the first and last name(s) in which your gate passes should be under.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and silverware, shower toiletries and soaps, additional linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our enjoyment to provide suggestions for eateries, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

The City of Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.

Minimum rental age is 25.

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is near the beach. Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Front Beach and Isle of Palms Beach. How to get the best Isle of Palms rental experience:

When to book a Charleston area rental & When to go:

  • Summer is high season in Isle of Palms. To get the best value, try shifting your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Often, property management companies supply Charleston area area visitor guide magazines which will include special offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Charleston area visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is suitable for your vacation.
  • Looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you must book a rental that allows animals. Ask for information on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property managers charge additional pet fees.

Tips for your stay:

  • Get the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental. Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Document any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if there is a dispute.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • At departure, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
