When it is time to hit the water, Ocean Palms offers a outstanding private swimming pool for the community, a private walkway to the beach, and some of the best waves and stretches of beach anywhere in the Low Country.

The interior of "Oceanside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is bright and cheery. The living room provides a ideal blend of colors and comfort. Striking floors and a fireplace anchor the gorgeous decor. The kitchen, newly modernized, is ideal for entertaining your family and has an abundance of supplies to make your family and friends gathering simple and fashonable. Stainless steel appliances and quartz surfaces highlight the kitchen area. The master suite will help you dream about the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, with access to an oceanfront deck, king bed, and private bath featuring a garden tub and separate shower. A second master suite features a king bed with a private bath. All the bedrooms feature TVs, and each has a full bathroom.

*Home Truths:*
- City Ordinances prohibit home events, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a home event, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Ocean Palms pool is unheated and is open April 1 – October 31 from 8:00 AM to dusk. The pool deck, which features a community grille, is open in the off season.
- Only gas-powered golf carts/LSVs are allowed at this complex due to the lack of outdoor electrical outlets.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or close by beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-complimentary environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- Guests will need a car pass to park in the lot and a gate code for entrance.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
