You will think you found the ideal vacation when you discover "Oceanside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms on the Front Beach at the Isle of Palms. This is an oceanfront, four-bedroom, four-bath condominium with 2,000 square feet of living space featuring fantastic vistas of the Atlantic.

Perfectly located in the heart of the Isle of Palms once you arrive you might never need your car again during your vacation. Fine dining, shopping, and treats can all be found steps away from this privately gated condominium complex. To further enhance the location, "Oceanside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is located on the end of the building, with a enormous deck that provides ideal vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and an oceanfront master suite. When it is time to hit the water, Ocean Palms offers a magnificent private swimming pool for the community, a private walkway to the beach, and some of the best waves and stretches of beach anywhere in the Low Country.

The interior of "Oceanside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is bright and cheery. The living room provides a ideal blend of colors and comfort. Striking floors and a fireplace anchor the splendid decor. The kitchen, newly refreshed, is ideal for entertaining your family and has an abundance of supplies to make your family and friends gathering simple and handsome. Stainless steel appliances and quartz surfaces highlight the kitchen area. The master suite will help you dream about the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, with access to an oceanfront deck, king bed, and private bath featuring a garden tub and separate shower. A second master suite features a king bed with a private bath. All the bedrooms feature TVs, and each has a full bathroom.

**Note:**
The exterior stairs at Ocean Palms will be undergoing renovations from roughly the middle of January to the end of March. During this time, as the stairs are prepared for repainting, there may be significant construction noise during the day. Please be aware of this before booking. *Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The community pool is open for the season between April and October and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- Your home has two assigned parking spaces.
- Guests will need a car pass to park in the lot and a gate code for entrance.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be included for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Downtown Isle of Palms, a neighborhood in Isle of Palms. Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Patriots Point and USS Yorktown.
