This extraordinary marsh front property has 3 bedrooms and 2 handsome new bathrooms. It's located in a very safe, peaceful neighborhood right in between downtown and Folly Beach (less than 15 mins to each). Your stay includes access to the whole home, outdoor gym, detached yoga studio, dock with 2 kayaks/paddles/life jackets, and giant backyard with tons of seating and fire pit (firewood included).
Note, I live in an apartment over the garage with a separate entrance. I travel often and will not bother you if I'm home.

Located in Charleston, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Waterfront Park and Folly Island Beaches, while USS Yorktown and Patriots Point are cultural highlights.
