Guest Access:
Each of our vacation units is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and accepts for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be supplied the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.
Other Things to Note:
???? Family Animals are NOT Accepted: As much as we adore furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We enjoy your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
???? This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property. Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
???? Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient suitcases storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your bags before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional costs apply for this service.
????️ Noise Notice: Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
