Out back you'll find the private saltwater pool with a waterfall wall. The stucco walls and cypress lining help maintain guest privacy while calming poolside in the lounge chairs. The raised deck has bespoke bench seating and bistro tables providing more than enough space for everybody to settle in together for a meal or glass of wine. Around front, the double piazzas have rocking chairs on both levels, the ideal place to take in the Lowcountry sunrise and watch the city come to life.

Parking is included in the driveway of the home and can accommodate one (1) full size car or 2 (two) compact cars tandem style.

Because of its central location near busy entertainment areas, guests can expect an active energetic environment, especially during evenings and weekends.

✹ POOL: All guests (or other individuals who use the pool by invitation of the guests) are expressly using the pool at their own risk and accept all responsibility for such use. Neither Curated Vacation Properties nor the property owner shall be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of the pool or adjacent poolside areas.



✹ Animals are NOT Accepted. As much as we adore furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We enjoy your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



✹ This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property:

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



✹ Noise Notice:

This home features separate upstairs and downstairs units; vertical noise transfer might happen.



✹ Please be advised that:

A local noise ordinance is in effect from roughly 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.

Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.

We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept this island setting and the potential for ambient and neighborhood-related noise, including from adjacent or close by units.

✹ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
