The main living area features a enormous leather sectional couch and a Intelligent TV, ideal for calming. A rustic wood dining island connects the living space to a modern, completely-equipped kitchen, creating an ideal environment for shared meals and conversation.



The home offers three private bedrooms for a restful nighttime's sleep:

+ Bedroom 1: King Bed + TV

+ Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + TV

+ Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + TV



A Queen Air Mattress with additional linens is also available upon request.



The property includes 2.5 modern bathrooms. We provide all the essentials for your stay:

PLEASE NOTE: As of 10/30/24 construction has begun in the lot behind the home and the surrounding area that will cause additional noise during the day. We are not made aware of the schedule, but some days can be louder than others with most work being done during the weekdays from around 8am to 5pm. Please reach out if you have any questions as to the extent of the construction. Our prices have been REDUCED and DISCOUNTED to reflect the additional noise that can occur during this neighboring project.

This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The home is only a short walk from the very fashionable King Street where you will find a multitude of great stores – including antique stores, book stores and fashion stores – as well as countless buzzing eateries and bars.

You can walk nearly everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bicycle Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
