The Space: Our roomy freshly-remodeled 1st floor unit, ‘Casa Bella A’, is ideal for groups of 2-7 guests with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Located in the heart of downtown Charleston, guests can appreciate being just steps away from countless local hot spots and eateries, such as Five Loaves Café, R. Kitchen, Brown’s Court Bakery, the Kids’s Museum of the Lowcountry, and much more. Our unit is bright and welcoming with its mid-century modern design, hard wood floor, brand new appliances, chic décor, chic light fixtures, comfortable furnishings, and more than enough space as well as privacy.

The property features…

Off-Street Parking. Finding a spot and unloading will be the least of your worries here, with one allocated off-street spot that can accommodate a compact car.

A Fenced-In Yard with Outdoor Seating. Located at the end of the driveway and through the back gate is the fenced-in backyard. Guests can soak up the warm weather and ocean breeze while appreciating a meal, reading a book, or catching some rays in this cavernous, tropical getaway. Here you will find plenty of outdoor seating including huge rectangular table and 6 patio chairs.

A bright living room/lounge space. Guests will access the 1st floor unit through their own private entrance on the modest porch area that is up half a flight of stairs. Once inside and through the delightfully decorated entryway, you will arrive in the living room. This area features a navy blue fabric couch atop a trendy area rug, a standing lamp, an upsized club chair, a modest side table between 2 accent chairs, and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. All of these features, along with the café table with seating for 2, make this area ideal for calming and relaxing after a long day of travel.

A completely-equipped kitchen. The kitchen, open the living room, features brand new classy cabinetry, white granite countertops, and new fixtures. It comes entirely equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and stovetop. Basic cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and plenty of cabinet storage are all supplied to make guests feel right at home.

3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located just off the entry hallway toward the front side of the home and the 3rd is located toward the back side of the home off the kitchen. The 1st bedroom features a queen sized bed with a tuft headboard, a bedside table, standing lamp, club chair, a suitcases rack, dresser, a enormous closet, an upsized wall mirror, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom is also located toward the front side of the home and features a queen sized bed atop a solid wood bedframe with a headboard, a bedside table with a lamp, a dresser, huge closet, ceiling fan, a club chair, and a flat screen TV on the mantle of the original brick fireplace. In the hallway between these 2 bedrooms is the first full bathroom featuring brand new tile, stone sink countertops, vanity, fixtures, lighting, and a full bathtub/shower. The 3rd bedroom, just off the kitchen, also has a queen sized bed with a tuft headboard, a bedside table, standing lamp, club chair, a suitcases rack, dresser, a sizable closet, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. Just a few steps from the 3rd bedroom is the 2nd full bathroom which features brand new tile, fixtures, lighting, vanity, and a glass standup shower. Here you will also find the stacked washer and dryer units, available for guests’ use.

This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired ambiance unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy drinks, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and

Please note: availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. The number of available day passes remains stringently first-come, first-serve. If you plan to savor The Wonderer anytime between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly suggest booking in advance to guarantee access. Prices are subject to change.

Any group exceeding 8 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting
the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that events of 8+ rent a Cabana.

The Club has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old (unless you're a member, a guest of a member, or receive a special exception from club management). Some special events may have varying age restrictions.

this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Accepted. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY allowed outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood peaceful hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates peaceful hours between 10pm - 8am.

10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion.

Alteration Policy: Any change of dates or cancellation of any nights of the original reservation will not be approved within 60 days or arrival.

Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
