Upstairs, the screened porch keeps things breezy and bug-complimentary, with ceiling fans, comfortable lounge seating, and wide doors that fold open to the living area. Overhead heaters extend the space into cooler months. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The pool cannot be heated.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or close by beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-complimentary environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
