Our historic two-floor home is a roomy getaway ideal for groups of 8-10 guests, boasting 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Located just 2 blocks from King Street, appreciate the convenience of Charleston's top eateries and attractions while reveling in the privacy of your own sanctuary. ????

- ???? Open Living Space: Step into a bright and airy living, dining, and entirely equipped kitchen area with high ceilings and ample natural light.

- ????️ Entertainment Hub: Parlor in the broad living room with ample seating and a huge Intelligent TV for entertainment.

- ????️ Dining Delight: Gather around the dining table for six indoors, or savor al fresco dining for six on the piazza.

- ???? Main Floor Bedroom: Retreat to a queen-sized bed, Intelligent TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- ????️ Upstairs Bedrooms: Three bedrooms await on the second level, including a cavernous room with a king-sized bed and a queen-size murphy bed, plus two additional bedrooms each with a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed, respectively. All feature ensuite bathrooms with shower/tub combos and piazza access.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
