The Wonderer includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy beverages, and of course poolside cabanas! The Neighborhood:
The property is located within the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood and is located just one block off Charleston’s King Street. What do we appreciate about this neighborhood? Everything!

Each home is elegantly unique. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famed is just steps away. The marvelous eateries, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all nighttime.

Getting Around:
Walking and cycling are the preferred modes of transportation when downtown, but other options include: Uber, Lyft, and Charleston Black Cab Company.

The DASH trolley is complimentary in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 2 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Other Things to Note:
POOL - Please be aware that any guests (or other individuals who use the pool by invitation of the guests) are expressly using the pool at their own risk and accept all responsibility for such use. Neither Coastal Vacation Properties nor the property owner shall be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of the pool or adjacent poolside areas.

POOL HEATING - Please note that the pool is heated year-round unless the temperature drops below 50 degrees. Should you be a guest during those drops in temperature, the pool can be heated upon request and for an additional fee. Please inquire and we'd be more than happy to help make the arrangements.

FAMILY PETS - As much as we adore the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow family pets at this property.

SMOKING - No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only allowed outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

CLEANING - Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF - For guests with early arrival or late departure flights, bags dropoff is allowed for an additional fee.

NOISE - Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 10pm daily, so if you are appreciating yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors.

COVID - Please be advised that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.
