• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
• No family pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is supplied prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.

Finding the best Charleston area vacation home experience:
How to get the best value:
- June, July, and August are high season in the Charleston area area. To get the best vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Charleston area restaurants, tours, and activities.
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local Charleston area visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides contain discounts for nearby tours and attractions.
Planning and choosing the right Charleston area rental home:
- Start by choosing your the best vacation week and a budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. Amazing Remodel! Oceanfront 2nd Floor Condo!! Community Pool & Fishing Pier! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often available on booking pages. Otherwise, email or call the property management company before you reserve your rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- If there's a particular Charleston area destination you crave, browse properties that are either near by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Some rentals allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property manager about pets before booking.
Know before you go:
- Take a copy of the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your . Store the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
- Note any damages to the property at check in, and immediately send them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if a dispute arises.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respect the neighborhood. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
- Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your family have a excellent stay? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
