The spectacular outdoor space includes a enormous pool with a waterfall, professional putting green and shaded seating area. Located only two homes from the beach, in a peaceful area on the island, this home is ideal for guests with beach gear.
Living Area:
Gathering family and friends is a enjoyment in the sizable great room. The fireplace is the star of the show in the comfortable living room and features a sizable TV and two huge windows to so you can savor the natural light and vistas.

In addition to the main living room, there’s a huge media room on the second floor. There is a dedicated office space located upstairs that leads out to a handsome porch view that overlooks the pool.

The dining room table seats 8 and there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
A half bath is located off of the living room.

Kitchen:
The state of the art kitchen is a chef’s dream. Show off your culinary skills with the help of high end appliances including a double oven, gas stove, huge refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cavernous pantry.
