Ocean peeks from the 3rd floor. Cavernous screened porch features new outdoor seating and a Charleston Swing Bed! Kitchen modernized in late 2022 with brand new cabinets and appliances. Kitchen well-outfitted for the cooks on Vacation! Dining table offers seating for 8 with additional seating for 4 available off the adjacent sun room. Home gym with a Peloton treadmill, weights and bench, bands, floor exercise area and intelligent TV.

The living room is well equipped with comfortable seating and cathedral ceilings. A new refreshed bar in living room includes an ice maker and wine refrigerator. Additional seating in the sun room featuring a sizable sectional couch with flat screen T.V. adjacent to the kitchen. The Master Bedroom is located on the top floor. This amazing, upsized, master suite includes a king size bed and a new master bath with enormous soaking tub and walk-in shower. A spiral staircase takes you to a loft bedroom with two twin beds and access to an ocean view deck.

The first floor features three bedrooms with new private en suite baths. A second master is featured with a king bed and updated private bath. Another guest room features a king bed and brand new bath. The kids room offers a fun bunk bed, additional queen sized bed and a new bathroom.

Located within the gated community of Wild Dunes creating an even more private feel.
