Freshly modernized peaceful Duplex in Riverland Terrace on James Island, Casa de Cooper is the ideal location for your Charleston hideaway. Located on a peaceful street across from the marsh, Historic Downtown is only 3 miles away and Folly Beach is 9 miles. A public boat launch a few blocks away gives access to Wapoo Creek and the Stono and Ashley Rivers. Streets lined with centuries old oaks are ideal for morning jogs or afternoon strolls. Numerous eateries and nightlife just blocks away.

The space
Our home is a cavernous 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom duplex. It is well equipped for most of your home away from home needs. Beach chairs and a cooler, as well as a high chair and pack n play for the little ones are readily available for use. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard has a fire pit and gas grille. Board games and puzzles are available for evening fun.

About the Area

This vacation home is located in Charleston. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Waterfront Park and Riverfront Park, while Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights. Check out an event or a game at North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center, and consider making time for South Carolina Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed.
