2207 Cameron Blvd is just a stone's throw away from the best Isle of Palms has to offer. Beach access is a breeze from this corner lot which is only one block from the ocean. Local eateries, bars, groceries, and coffee stores are just 4 blocks to the south. The public park and rec center are just 4 blocks to the north with a playground, play fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, and more. Being 5 blocks from the Isle of Palms Connector Bridge, beach traffic is a non-issue.
When it's time to relax, luxury will find you at the private swimming pool that includes a constructed-in hot tub. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Delightfully designed and surrounded by amazing tile work, the pool is the ideal hideaway. When it is time to hit the beach, you will find it just a short block away. An inverted floor plan, with an elevator for simple access, the living, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom are all located on the top level of the home. Gourmets will appreciate the cavernous kitchen that has many extras like a pot filler right on the stove, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.
