Waterfront 2 bed 2 bath first floor of home - Vacation rental home in Charleston, SC

Located on 5.9 acres on Clouter Creek just 2 miles to Daniel Island, this 2 bed 2 bath guest suite provides all the basics for a modest group. The unit is on the first floor of our home but is completely separated. There is a opulent swim spa that is Bromine based not Chlorine overlooking the marsh. We do pay for professional pest control to come once a month to ensure lack of pests. There is also fiber internet and intelligent TV available(no cable). We do not currently have a dock that is useable, permits pending we will hopefully have it rebuilt by summer 2026, the permitting just takes a long time. The neighborhood is a mix of very high end estates(20mil+), new townhomes and even a few trailers scattered about. About 20 min to beaches and downtown. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property($500 fine for any smell of smoke in the unit)
