This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom first-floor unit is part of a striking 3-story home that hosts six private condos. It’s the ideal setup for groups traveling together who want to stay close while still appreciating the comfort and privacy of their own space. Thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, this unit offers a welcoming home base for calming between Charleston adventures.
Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
This unit is entirely licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06545 and Business License BL034116.
Guest Access:
????Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We savor your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
???? Luggage Drop-Off:
We are pleased to offer our guests convenient suitcases storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your suitcases before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional costs apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

???? Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
