About

The Lowcountry Boil isn’t just a meal. It’s a tradition that brings family, friends, and neighbors together around one steaming pot of shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes. Now, you’ll experience it the Charleston way: by cooking it with friends and family, guided by one of our culinary storytellers.

In this interactive, hands-on class, you’ll chop and season alongside fellow guests as we prepare every ingredient of this Southern classic. Along the way, your guide will share the history of the Lowcountry Boil: how it grew from humble roots into the ultimate Charleston celebration dish.

Once the pot is ready, we’ll gather around the table, spread out the feast, and enjoy it the way locals always have: family-style, with plenty of stories, laughter, and maybe even a little hot sauce.
This tour is perfect for couples, friend groups, and anyone who wants more than just a taste of Charleston. You’ll leave with a full belly, new cooking skills, and a memory you’ll be talking about long after your trip.

Come prepared to feast on this Southern classic!
