Both bedrooms feature king beds dressed in extravagant linens and generous closet space. The serene bathrooms offer quartz surfaces and walk in showers. A stack washer and dryer are tucked into a separate closet for guest use.

Living Space and Interior Details
This newly restored apartment showcases a relaxing color palette, distinctive artwork, and modern décor layered with historic details. Original woodwork and floor remain throughout, along with original brick fireplaces in the living area and primary bedroom. Step out onto the classic piazza to savor vistas of the striking streets below.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is outfitted with artisan tile work, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffeemaker. A kitchen island seats three, while the dining table comfortably seats six. Sparkling dinnerware and cooking essentials are supplied.

History and Significance
The building was lovingly restored in 2018 by a couple from New York City and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The apartment honors Dianna Brown, Charleston’s first Black female antique dealer, who constructed a thriving business here in the early 20th century despite the challenges of her time.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
