The Seagrove Villas is a magnificent community of well-maintained condos surrounded by lush greenery, neighborhood pool, and just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Within the Resort, it's all about location and this unit is attractively located within walking distance of the trendy Grandiose Pavilion, Conference Center, and many Wild Dunes stores and eateries.

Enter the villa and immediately appreciate the modern design with an open floorplan and roomy rooms. The living room is attractively decorated with simple, extravagant furnishings and neutral accents that complement the natural light from the porch windows. It is ideal for calming and appreciating a good book or gathering around to savor the flat-screen TV. Located just off of the living room through the sliding doors, the open-air balcony accepts the guest to take in the impressive sights and sounds of the close by ocean. The dining area, with comfortable seating for five guests, is only steps away from the entirely-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal.

Also located on the first floor (or main level) is the guest bedroom (Bedroom #2), which contains two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Up the stairs on the second floor of the unit, you'll find the master bedroom (Bedroom #1), which features a king bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and amazing ocean vistas.

Located in Isle of Palms, this condo is in the city center and on the beach. Fort Sumter and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and some of the area's popular attractions include Patriots Point and South Carolina Aquarium. Charleston Fishfinder Charters and Blackbeard's Cove Family Fun Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Find your perfect rental:

  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked very early.   • Some rental properties allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property manager about pets before booking.
  • Looking for specific amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.

  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
