The Space: Welcome to the comfortable 1,100-square-foot Kitchen House, a ideal getaway for your next hideaway. This striking home offers two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen bed for a restful stay. Both rooms are thoughtfully designed with ample closet space, dressers, and windows that provide handsome vistas of the serene gardens and courtyard.

On the first floor, the roomy living area is ideal for relaxation, featuring cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a cozy dining nook. A convenient bathroom with shower adds additional comfort. For those who appreciate cooking, the entirely supplied kitchen includes full-sized appliances, washer/dryer, cookware, china, and flatware, along with a coffee maker for your enjoyment!

The second floor will feature both queen bedrooms, alongside a shared full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Step outside into your private courtyard garden, a calming getaway with a bubbling fountain, manicured boxwoods, and softly glowing crepe myrtle trees—ideal for sipping coffee or appreciating an evening drink.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
