While this is located in an historic building downtown, it is not your typical Charleston single home, although it is surrounded by them. You will adore the big windows, bright open space, soaking tub, and the humongous rooftop terrace.

The decor is 'casual Southern'. You enter into the living room, where you will find plenty of comfortable seating, a 65' Samsung Intelligent TV, a desk, and an electric fireplace. On nice afternoons and evenings, you will definitely want to make use of the outdoor living room and dining area (table seats 4) on your very own rooftop terrace.
