The Space: This former historic Bed and Breakfast has undergone a magical transformation into what is a freshly-refreshed designer's showcase home in the fashionable, laid-back Radcliffeborough neighborhood. Close to great eateries and historic sights.

This is one room with a private bath available within a bigger building. Other guests may be occupying other rooms in the building but will not have access to your bedroom and bathroom. The main living area, kitchen, outdoor courtyard, and patios are shared areas which all guests are welcome to access.

Common areas are cleaned daily between 10AM and 4PM. Fridge policy will be posted in the kitchen.

Our roomy 3-floor home, ‘The Bee and Blossom’, is divided into 7 individual units, each with bed and private bath. Located just off of Ashley Ave, location and parking won't be an issue here!

The home is accessed by its own entrance/exit and each unit has separate lock with a unique code. The Bee and Blossom features a common space open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for to relax when looking to spend time together. At the back of the home is a shared enormous living room and shared kitchen. The huge living room features ample seating, a sizable flat screen TV, and a dining table that can be converted to provide 6-8 dining seats. The kitchen is located off the living room and features a breakfast bar with seating for four, and is entirely equipped with basic kitchen cookware for your stay. Our team provides basic login credentials to WiFi, so feel complimentary to use your own during your stay. Outside you'll find the home's inviting two-level porch, as well as the relaxing courtyard where you can savor a drink, good conversation, and Charleston's striking weather.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
