Downtown Charleston One Block to King St. Free Off Street Parking - Vacation rental home in Charleston, SC

We would like to inform our guests that an active commercial construction project is underway next to this home. The construction will be active Monday through Friday and possibly on Saturdays. The starting time during the week is possibly as early as 7:00am. Typical hours are 8am-5pm.
Depending on the stage of construction, some noise may be heard inside the home during work hours, but at other times it should be peaceful.

-We were given notice that there will not be any more "nighttime activity".
-The townhomes NEXT to us will be finished in the summer of 2026.
-The project behind us is supposed to be finished by December 2026.
-There is another project starting on St. Philip Street, but it should not cause any noise at this home.

We want to be very transparent with our guests. We are still successfully hosting guests during the construction period.

We will continue to go above and beyond to make your vacation an fun experience.

The Blue and White House is a striking 1,500-square-foot home located one block off King Street in downtown Charleston, SC. This home is freshly constructed and has high-end appliances and furnishings. If you are looking for a handsome home to relax in while appreciating Charleston's best eateries and shopping, you should look no further. Daniel and Amy are certified super hosts! We have been hosting guests in our properties for over 8 years! We take pride in our properties, and it shows!

Trained dogs are considered for a $100 pet fee.

Guests have access to the entire home. Three bedrooms/3 bathrooms. There is a private driveway enormous enough for two cars. If you need additional parking, we may be able to accommodate.

Other things to note:

* We cannot accommodate any huge events.

No smoking. Only completely trained dogs are considered for a $100 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats)
