Construction Update (Updated 6/3/2026)

We would like to make our guests aware that there is an active commercial construction project close to this home.
Construction is typically scheduled Monday through Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Depending on the stage of the project, some construction noise may be audible inside the home during working hours. Outside of those times, the area is generally peaceful.
Current Project Updates:
We have been notified that there will be no further nighttime construction activity.
The townhomes located next door are expected to be finished in June 2026 and are nearly finished.
The project behind the property is currently scheduled for completion by December 2026.
Another project is beginning on St. Philip Street, but it is not expected to create noticeable noise at this home.
