The Space:
This appealing two bedroom one and a half bath two story home is a cozy getaway ideal for your modest group or family. The unique floor plan, gorgeous updates coupled with a private roomy backyard are everything one would want while staying in Historic Downtown Charleston.

As you walk up to the property the handsome dark wood door the unique Gold lion door knocker catches your eye even from the street. Step up onto this classic Charleston porch as if you were stepping right out of the city. As you look down the brick driveway located to the right of the home you will spot the white Circular archway that will lead you into this private backyard, a hidden gem among the hustle and bustle of the Peninsula.

While still on the porch, take the second door into the bright sitting room with its unique decor and a pretty brightly decorated half bath. To the left find the living room with its Intelligent TV and seating ideal for your modest group to put your feet up at the end of a long day of exploring the Peninsula. For a home cooked meal, take a right to find the dining room and kitchen with its refreshed white backsplash, decorative exposed brick fireplace and seating for that ideal cup of coffee to start your day.

If you are looking to savor the beautiful Charleston weather at any of the year follow the door in the rear of the kitchen, passing the entirely equipped kitchen with its cavernous counters and bright decor. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Tippling House Wine Bar,The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Barsa, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, Chasing Sage, Elliotborough Minibar and the Warehouse for drinks. If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Accepted. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY allowed outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood peaceful hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.
