The Space: Welcome to The Marquee, a roomy and fresh condo combination located directly on historic King Street, offering the ideal setup for sizable groups looking to experience the best of downtown Charleston. With 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, this unique property comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests while providing both space and privacy.
The Marquee consists of two nearly identical condos located on the second and third floors, connected by a private internal stairwell. Each condo features an open-concept layout that blends lounge and kitchenette space, ideal for gathering, calming, and spending time together. The living areas showcase high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and original brick walls, adding authentic Charleston character throughout.
Each level includes a convenient kitchenette supplied with basic kitchenware for light meals and snacks. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed, featuring two primary suites with plush king-size beds, luxury linens, and private ensuite bathrooms. The remaining four guest bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and simple access to two additional full bathrooms located off the main living spaces. All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs with a Comcast cable package.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
