The Space: Welcome to 493 Luxury Suites! This elegantly appointed unit is found on the second floor of a historic building on King Street (above Sewing Down South, as seen on “Southern Charm”).

Step into the suite, where an entrance hall offers a workspace, as well as the in-unit washer and dryer. Down the hallway is the open floor plan kitchen and living space. The living area features comfortable group seating (with a queen-sized sleeper couch) and a sizable 60” flat screen TV preloaded with the most fashionable streaming apps. The kitchen comes completely equipped and is ready for preparing your morning coffee or more elaborate meals.

The home’s two bedrooms each feature two queen-sized beds and a Intelligent TV. The first bedroom is an ensuite with a single vanity and shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is just next door to the common bathroom off the hallway with its single vanity and shower/tub combination.

Parking for 1 car is supplied - complementary - in the back parking lot off St. Philip Street directly behind the building where the elevator is located, making packing and unpacking a breeze. Just make sure to grab the parking pass from inside the unit and place on your dashboard. Additional parking can be purchased for $20 per day from our team with 48hr notice.Guest Access: *Please read description entirely before booking*

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
