Located on the second floor of a historic building on vibrant King Street—just above Sewing Down South, as featured on Southern Charm—this delightfully designed suite blends modern comfort with Charleston appeal.

Upon entry, you'll find a hallway featuring a convenient workspace and an in-unit washer and dryer. Continue down the hall to the open-concept kitchen and living area, where you’ll savor comfortable group seating (including a queen-sized sleeper couch) and a 60” Intelligent TV loaded with fashionable streaming apps. The entirely equipped kitchen is ideal for everything from brewing your morning coffee to preparing full meals.

The suite offers two cavernous bedrooms, each with two queen-sized beds and its own Intelligent TV. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is located just across from the hallway bathroom, which also features a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Parking is available behind the unit. To reserve a parking pass for $20 per day, simply reach out to our concierge team via phone, text, or your booking platform with your name, suite name, and car details. Once payment is confirmed, your pass will be placed in the unit for painless access to our designated parking area throughout your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
