This listing includes 3 units, all on the same 1/2 acre property, shaded by mature oak trees with ample parking for up to 8+ cars.

- The first unit features an open floor plan, 17 ft cathedral ceilings, entirely supplied kitchen, live edge slab bar top, a 250 sqft of deck and outdoor living space, a bedroom with queen bed on main floor, loft with queen bed accessed by a spiral staircase, and cavernous bathroom with tiled shower. This first of 2 units comfortably sleeps 6 with two memory foam Queen beds and one queen pull out couch.

- The second unit is a newly modernized, 2 bedroom apartment with a private entrances to both rooms, a elegant rustic design, black walnut countertops, completely outfitted kitchen, and a enormous tile shower with granite bench seat. This second unit comfortably sleeps 5 adults with two memory-foam Queen beds and one futon.

-The third unit is set up like a studio but is still very roomy. This unit has everything you need to feel right at home including a comfortable king size bed, a appreciate seat and a table that can simple turn into a area to eat or work. A his and hers sink, a separate shower and hottub tube provide plenty of space. This unit is also equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and all the supplies you'll need. The spacious walk in closet is equipped with a ironing board and iron. There is an additional queen bed available in this unit if needed. Located off this unit is a 300 sqft covered deck with the outdoor kitchen and living area made complete with an outdoor TV. Please note that this unit is attached to the hosts main home and although we try our best to be courteous of guest, there is the potential of noise transfer.
-All units have TVs with access to plenty of streaming services.

-In addition guests have access the to the fenced-in 1/2 acre backyard featuring deck with tons of seating, a patio with a modest grille, another deck with an outdoor kitchen and TV, 2 outdoor showers, corn hole boards, and ample parking for cars, boats, RVs etc. (Please notify host if you would like to use the outdoor kitchen so a fast tutorial can be supplied.)

- The host lives in the front half of the main home which the apartment is attached. While these units are located on a sizable lot, and I strongly encourage having good times while appreciating our spectacular city, please be conscious this is a residential neighborhood and respect the outdoor noise curfew of 11pm.

***Please note that number of guest is based on 2 people per bed. If you plan to sleep 1 to a bed, this property sleeps 8 (including pull out beds).


***We have implemented COVID-19 protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guest. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned between each guest using CDC recommended cleaning products and procedures. In addition, the unit is equipped with cleaning supplies so guest can routinely clean frequently touched spaces throughout their stay. This is a self-check in unit so there is no need for guest/host interaction unless requested. If guest/host interaction is required, we will follow social distancing guidelines to the best of our ability.
