KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need for meal prep and cooking. It includes a Crockpot, blender, huge griddle, coffee maker for grounds, coffee grinder, French press, toaster, and tea kettle, along with many other essentials. The dining area features a table that comfortably seats 8-9 guests, ideal for shared meals, while the cavernous kitchen island offers additional seating for 4. Whether you're cooking a family feast or appreciating morning coffee, this kitchen and dining space are set up for convenience and comfort.

OUTSIDE SPACE
This outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. At its heart is a shining pool, ideal for a invigorating swim, with an adjacent spa for ultimate relaxation. Sun loungers surround the pool, offering a comfortable spot to soak up the sun. A charcoal BBQ grille is available for outdoor cooking, making it great for casual meals and gatherings. The sizable, fenced-in yard provides plenty of privacy and room for outdoor activities, creating a safe, roomy environment for all. Additionally, two cozy porch areas are ideal for unwinding and enjoying your favorite drink.

????RESORT STYLE SALTWATER POOL/SPA????
• Spa heating is available for an additional $100 per nighttime and must be reserved for the entire stay. Pool cannot be heated. Please contact the host to add this option to your booking.
• The spa takes ~30-60 mins. to heat up once turned on, depending on the outside temperature. (It won’t be warm when you arrive).
• No glass is allowed in the pool area or on the deck. We provide durable plastic cups and dishes for your use (If glass enters the pool or spa, you'll be responsible for all costs to restore it).
• Do not adjust the pool equipment. Unauthorized adjustments will result in a $500 fine.
• The pool area is not for events, and outside guests not on your reservation are not allowed in the pool or on the property.
• Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially when outdoors and around the pool.
