The space
This is a enormous, downstairs unit in a two-unit building. The unit has with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den/sunroom, separate living and dining areas, and a sizable modern kitchen that opens up to a porch.

Enter the home to a huge open living room with comfortable couches and a intelligent TV ready for you to log in to all your favorite streaming services. There is also a dedicated workspace that looks out onto the sunroom. The tiled sunroom off of the living room gets striking light all day long and has a door for privacy - a daybed can sleep an additional guest or serve as the ideal remote work or reading spot. The huge eat in kitchen has a 90" kitchen island (also great for working) and dining table that seats 6. The kitchen is entirely outfitted and features new stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. Off of the kitchen is a sizable porch area with a cafe table and seating for six, for really enchanting morning coffees and porch sitting under an old oak.
