The unit features a giant private balcony and has its own private entrance. The building has been remodeled and showcases modern design & decor. There is one private off-street parking space included at no additional cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. Great location with fast access to surrounding areas.
The studio features a Queen size bed, comfortable sitting area, and a peaceful workspace. The en-suite bathroom features a huge tiled shower. The private sizable kitchen features a full size refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave, plus tons of storage. Note that all 4 units have their own private entrance with keypad locks. There is a shared W/D in the building that guests can use at no additional cost. In an effort to provide luxury accommodations we provide an initial provision of complimentary toiletries, coffee, wine, and local chocolate.
