Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
Couch bed available upon request. It is not supplied in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens

Guest Access:
When booking, you will have exclusive access to the home. You’ll savor the entire space to yourself during your stay. However, we kindly ask that you be respectful of other renters and shared spaces within the building.
Parking: While on-site parking is not available, guests have access to a designated spot just around the corner. Please note that parking in the dedicated lot is not allowed on Sundays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, but all on-street parking is complimentary on Sunday.

Cannonborough is a lively neighborhood filled with personality. It’s known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee stores, and local bakeries. It’s a favorite for foodies and creatives. As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient bags storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your suitcases before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

???? Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
