This 1BR suite has a separate entrance and self check-in keypad to ensure complete privacy. Supplied in this listing are: all linens, iron, mini-ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, microwave, silverware, plates, and wine glasses. Also included are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bottled water, coffee/tea, snacks, and a welcome gift upon your arrival. Please contact me prior to check-in if you would like to have any additional items available.

The Neighborhood:
Many activities and local sites are within walking distance. If you have a modest to mid-sized car, I highly recommend that you leave your car in my parking lot during your stay & utilize Uber, a pedi-cab, or rent a bicycle to discover the city (i.e. The City Market, Rainbow Row, South Battery, etc).

About the Area

Located in Charleston, this vacation home is in the city center. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Waterfront Park and Riverfront Park, while Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights. Looking to enjoy an event or a game?   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
