Moreover, for added convenience, the property owner resides next door and is accessible if you require anything further. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities!

Wespanee Place is an established neighborhood . Residents here savor its mature trees, draping oaks, and fragrant flowers.

West Ashley is a huge, mainly residential area known for the cluster of global fusion eateries, laid-back eateries, and lively bars around the busy intersection of Magnolia Road and Savannah Highway in the Avondale neighborhood. A mix of major malls, plus stores and spas, is another draw. The West Ashley Greenway trail attracts walkers and mountain bikers.

It is best to have your own car to take full advantage of the area as public transportation is not very convenient in the Charleston area

HOME INFORMATION

-Parking: Use the two tandem parking spots in front of the gate (one behind the other).

-Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

-Owner: The property owner lives next door in the main home.

- Beach Supplies: We have included the following beach supplies for your convenience: two chairs, two towels, a beach blanket, and a smaller cooler.

-Trash Day: Wednesday mornings.

-Recycling Day: Every other Friday.

-Noise Restriction: No outside noise after 10 PM.

-Yard: The yard is private, completely fenced in, and includes solar lights and Adirondack chairs.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

-Leave towels and dishcloths in the brown laundry basket, and sheets on the bed.

-Wash all dishes.

-Return and clean beach chairs and cooler, removing as much sand as possible.

-Check for personal belongings before leaving.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither event will have further liability regarding your Reservation.

Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended.

INSECTS

As Charleston is located in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who reside in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A $500 damage deposit is automatically billed upon arrival. It will be refunded to your card after checkout if there are no claims made for damages.

HOME RULES

- NO SMOKING inside the property
- PET RULES = We appreciate our furry guests! We welcome up to 2 dogs (25 lbs or under) with a $100 per pet fee. To keep our home comfortable for everybody, please clean up after your family pets, keep them off the furnishings, and avoid leaving them unattended for long periods. We recommend bringing their favorite blanket or bed so they feel right at home. This helps us keep the space fresh and delightful for all our future visitors—both two- and four-legged!
