The Space: Our roomy ground floor carriage home, ‘Haven Home’, is ideal for groups of 2 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath. Located just off of Ashley Ave Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by its own flat path entrance/exit, Haven features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or savor a meal. Breakfast bar with two stool seats and living room with high vaulted ceilings. King bedroom is located off of the living room, with 1 full bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with flat-screen Intelligent TV, Xfinity cable, and opulent 100% cotton Spanish sheets. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel complimentary to use your own during your stay. A entirely equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. Full-size washer/dryer on-site as well. Keurig coffee maker with reusable K-Cups for your convenience.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 1 level carriage home. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.

You can pull one car off the street and into a driveway/parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

The owner's patio is not for guest use.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Downtown Charleston, a neighborhood in Charleston. Charleston City Market and Charleston Music Hall are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal and Harborage at Ashley Marina. Patriots Point and Charleston Museum are also worth visiting.
